The first loaf is the hard one. After that, the question changes from “will it work” to “what next.” The club answers it once a month.
Each month there’s one project, with the schedule and the demonstration to go with it. Once a month we bake together live, or open the floor to whatever went wrong in your kitchen. Everything stays in the archive, so a bagel month is still there in March.
